Since the very beginning and during all the stages of the project development, nevertheless its complexity, we felt comfortable working with Arch. Bruno Soares, as a result of his high technical competence and dedication, as well as for his qualities of dialogue and smoothed leadership, that have been a relevant and decisive factor to build up a teamwork harmonious relation between all intervenient, which allowed to complete a so complex project in a record time of less than one and half year.

I witnessed not only Arch. Bruno Soares high technical competence as well as the great capacity of adaptation to meet the objectives and the predetermined timelines, which meant using more suitable materials or achieving a harmonious management of the various enterprises in order to obtain the best results intended by the client. OBS-Arquitectos is an architectural firm which is architecturally elegant, subtle and distinguished, especially the works in conversion of architectural heritage into modern day functions, blending former styles with glass, steel and concrete were, and are, outstanding.
